We want you to love your Jaydes Aura jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 28 days of the order being placed, provided the item is unopened and in brand new condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery that has been opened or worn. To start a return, please contact us with your order details.
